We recommend using a power drill and assembling on a table with a non-slip surface.

assemble frame

Rear view
  • Screw wooden bar tightly to top ends of the two long wooden slats with velcro strips pointing towards bottom end.*
  • Pull cotton bib (logo facing down) over second long wooden bar. Screw bar tightly to bottom ends of both wooden slats.

assemble kickstand

  • Screw remaining bar tightly to bottom ends of the two short wooden slats.**

attach kickstand

  • Push screw sleeves inwards through center drill holes of frame.
  • Slide on two washers per sleeve (see detailed illustration).
  • Slide on kickstand and screw tightly with small sleeve screws.*

Tighten all screws on frame one last time so wooden bars sit tight.

* Tighten small screws regularly, as they can loosen over time.

attach elastic straps

  • Press on velcro strip (A), wrap around slat once (B) and extend to opposite side (C).
    Fasten other end on opposite side the same way.
Tip: The best way to do this is seated at a table: press the Leener lying flat on its back against you and wrap the strap around the slat as shown in the video.

attach straps

  • Press on velcro strip as shown (A), wrap around bar twice and weave downwards through elastic bands (B).
  • Pull strap through cutout (C), then through belt slider (D).
  • Wrap around rear bar and fasten by pulling through belt slider once more (E).
